What are your qualifications??
I'm a certified Nutritional Therapy Practitioner — and I've helped 2,500+ women with Hashimoto's and chronic illness to reverse their symptoms over the last 7 years after I went through my own journey of Hashimoto's healing. The protocol is based on whole foods and we've had many TTC & breastfeeding moms use it, but always check with your doctor first if you're pregnant, nursing, or trying to conceive.
How is this different from AIP (Autoimmune Protocol)?
This is a scientifically rooted protocol that I designed after working with thyroid clients for over 7 years. It's less restrictive than AIP and specifically focused on thyroid function. Many women find it easier to stick with & less rigid than the AIP.
Is this program gluten-free?
Yes, we omit gluten from our meal plans. While there are mixed studies on gluten and hashimoto's reactivity, we have clinically seen it make a tremendous difference for our clients in the 7+ years we've been doing this. The good news? We teach you how to test if it's a good food for you after the 21 days.
What if I hate meal prepping?/Don't have time
