Hi, I'm Whitney! I'm a certified holistic nutritionist and I've worked with over 100 women on healing their gut and autoimmune diseases through diet and lifestyle changes.
I'm also an autoimmune warrior. After a lifelong struggle with depression and anxiety, and a decade on a vegan diet, I found myself losing my hair in patches. Conventional doctors dismissed my symptoms and I had to fight hard to get a diagnosis of alopecia and hashimotos. Once I did, I was told to wait until it got worse.
Instead of waiting, I dove deep into nutrition science research and went back to school to become a Nutritional Therapist. I was able to completely reverse my autoimmune diseases, but not without obsession around food.
When I began working with clients, I realized they were easily getting trapped, like I had, in a messy mindset around food. They struggled to navigate relationships and reintroductions because they were caught in a cycle of fear of their autoimmune disease returning. It became obvious that the conversation surrounding healing needed to shift and go beyond food, it needed to be a mind, body, and soul approach.
Luckily by the time I became a Nutritional Therapist, I had worked with many spiritual healers and coaches to support practicing self compassion and letting go of fear. I found myself teaching a lot of these exercises with my 1:1 clients.
When I began implementing these healing tools into my practice, I began to witness my clients heal on a deeper level. I regularly get messages like this one:

Damn, that's some profound healing, right? I created this program because I firmly believe everyone with autoimmunity deserves to heal deeply the way my clients have, through food and learning to practice self compassion.
